Being Blessed, Give What You Seek

Blessings In Grace

This summer I have been re reading spiritual classics that offer profound wisdom and actually makes me feel like I am walking on my path with a stronger connection to spirit, my true soul self and my love of spiritual wisdom, practical tools that empower us on our life quest.

So, thank you Marianne Williamson for the Return To Love and The Gift Of Change which is where todays Wisdom Blog Article has been inspired from. My prayers are with her, as she has now placed herself to be one of the up coming U.S.A. 20/20 hopefuls for president, she has got my vote and may spirit bless her to victory.

“Remember that in any situation, only what you are not giving can be lacking” This wisdom quote blew me away in the realization of yes, this is to be true over and over again. Putting it into practice in my work week as follows. I used this to create prosperous increase by sharing, giving and spending a little more money on myself.

I did this at my day job with acceptance to others whom I had been judging, grace came and this antidote would be a good practice no matter the situation. These spiritual wisdoms are not implying that we become door matts or not process emotions and vibes that need healing.

They are an invitation to increase that spiritual power in your soul, that you continue to walk in the light being a true master of the change you would like to see and be a part of. It works if ya work it, is a wise trusted saying and it truly does.

Be blessed…

Obsession Versus Processing…

Freedom Peace

I came across a great description in a book I am reading, it was said in a few lines, but it made me think, thus the inspiration for this new article. The base of the story was how we do not really know how to allow the process of grief or of any thing that takes more than a few weeks in our north American culture.

The story was about two friends talking, one was in grief over a loss and the other friend, thought she was taking to long as in she was constantly sharing and trying to understand what she was were going through, all of her emotions that was taking time to process and needed to express. There is a great difference between being obsessed and being in a process.

Obsession is when we have given all our power over to a thought, a place, a dream or a person etc. We know we are lost in obsession if we are in that place of not letting go and try try try to seek the answer or the outcome that we want. Nothing else can get in as in what’s real to us, most can fall pray to this in love affairs with romantic attachments, man oh man I do not miss those days or emotional hooks.

We can tell all kinds of stories to our selves or even go and consult several psychics or any form of divinity, until we get the answer we want. When our thoughts just keep going back to that one place, where nothing else seems real, then this is obsession. The inability to let go and let flow or in this case, let go and let god.

Processing, as in telling someone you are in the process of getting your Masters for an art degree, or you are processing another round of healing, so that the old tapes or old energy that was stuck in you and made you prey to acts of sabotage is no longer. This to me is healthy and needed and as I always teach and share, healing is a process, there is a vast difference between processing and being stuck in something or a pattern, where we are receiving a negative pay off that supports any type of disempowerment.

Honor yourself this day if in fact you need a time out to pray, to process, honor the time it may take to heal an issue that goes way back in your DNA. Life is not a race, healing of any thing that has value to us and meaning takes time. The blessing is inside of knowing when you are on the right path and allowing the time frames to be as to what is and what will be. Self love, self respect are the graces of integrity and worth that is now being born from any healing process.
